Last night I went to see Yungblud on the Idols Tour… and wow.

I’ll be honest — I wasn’t a die-hard fan beforehand. I knew a few songs, but I didn’t realise just how powerful he is live. The energy, the passion, the connection with the crowd… unreal.

He got a fan up on stage to play guitar, made the whole arena feel united, and kept reminding everyone that we are family. That kind of atmosphere is rare. No egos, no judgement — just music, connection and people living in the moment together.

And when the words came up at the end… Don’t Forget To Live — that hit hard.

Because that’s the message, isn’t it?
Push your boundaries.
Go to the gig.
Say yes to the experience.
Do the thing that feels a little scary, a little unfamiliar, a little outside your comfort zone.

Some of the best moments in life happen when you stop overthinking and just go.
Forever grateful I did last night.

If you ever get the chance to see YUNGBLUD live… take it.

I'm forever grateful to you Beck Cole ❤️ xx

Friendships hit different when you’re holding a paddle… or throwing an axe.

Tired of the same old coffee catch-ups, pub chats and fake plans?

Swap awkward small talk for paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, archery, mountain climbing, axe throwing and proper belly laughs.
Because nothing bonds people faster than nearly falling in the water together or cheering each other on while aiming terribly at a target 😅

Outdoor activities don’t just help your body and mind… they boost your SOCIAL life too.
New people. New memories. New confidence.
Your next friendship, confidence boost or favourite hobby could be one booking away with Ƙindred & c2c-outdoors

Honestly… memories are made outside, not scrolling indoors.

I saw this quote recently & it made me think!.....

“Nobody cares until you’re rich, pretty, or dead.” It sounds brutal, but for many people it reflects the society we now live in. We’ve created a culture that often rewards status, money, aesthetics, popularity, cosmetic procedures, and surface-level image over character, kindness, loyalty, and how we treat others.
Too often, the people who receive the most attention are those with wealth, looks, followers, or social influence. Meanwhile, genuine, hardworking, caring people can be overlooked and undervalued simply because they don’t fit the modern standard of success.
It can also feel like people only pay attention when someone is seriously unwell, struggling publicly, or facing tragedy. Instead of celebrating healthy, kind, grounded people, society often becomes drawn to drama, crisis, and appearances.
When vanity, ego, arrogance, and image become the priorities, empathy gets pushed aside. That’s how narcissistic values grow—where being admired matters more than being decent. Maybe it’s time we start respecting substance over surface, kindness over clout, and character over cosmetics.

Do you think society values image more than integrity now? 👇

There’s this myth that going out has to mean excess… excessive drinking, late nights, feeling rough the next day, anxiety, wasting your whole Sunday in bed. But it really doesn’t.

You can socialise in a healthy way. You can go out, enjoy the music, dance, meet new people, laugh with friends, soak up the atmosphere, and still wake up the next day feeling fresh, motivated, and proud of yourself.

For me, daytime events are the game changer. 4pm till 10pm in the forest, house music playing, outdoors in nature, good energy, good people, and home at a sensible time. That’s the kind of balance I’m here for now.

Fun doesn’t need to be reckless. Good times don’t need to cost your mental health. Self-control is power. Boundaries are power. Choosing joy without chaos is power.
Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is get dressed up, get outside, dance, and come home happy. 🌿✨

What’s stopping you from stepping out of the cycle that’s draining you?
The rat race. The mundane routine. The same 9-5. Anxiety. Depression. Feeling trapped. Feeling insecure. Feeling overwhelmed. Staying indoors. Avoiding people. Ghosting the world. Losing yourself.

Sometimes healing doesn’t happen on your sofa… sometimes it happens outside.

That’s why we’re collaborating with c2c-outdoors to create real outdoor experiences for people ready to break free and feel alive again.

Kayaking. Canoeing. Axe throwing. Shooting. Rock climbing. Mountaineering. Nature-based challenges designed to rebuild confidence, improve fitness, reduce stress, release natural dopamine, and reconnect you with life again.

Reconnect with nature.
Reconnect with people.
Reconnect with yourself.

This isn’t just an activity package… it’s a reset button.

Your comfort zone may feel safe… but nothing grows there.

👇 If you had the chance to hit reset and try one outdoor activity… what would you choose first?

Escape the Noise. Find Yourself Outside.

Somewhere between the 9–5, the notifications, and the constant noise… we forgot what it feels like to actually live.

Your mind wasn’t built for screens all day.
It was built for movement. For challenge. For connection.

Canoeing through still water.
Kayaking into the unknown.
Climbing higher than your comfort zone.
Letting go of stress with every arrow, every throw, every shot.

This is more than just “activities”…
This is therapy without the four walls.
This is real conversations, real laughs, real connection.

At Kindred, we’re stepping outside — literally.
Partnering with c2c-outdoors to bring you experiences that rebuild your mind, body, and energy.

Because mental health isn’t just about slowing down…
Sometimes it’s about stepping out, showing up, and feeling alive again.

If you’re tired of the same routine… this is your sign.

Which one are you trying first — canoeing, kayaking, mountaineering, or axe throwing? 👇

Kindred is stepping OUTSIDE 🌿

We’re looking at teaming up with c2c-outdoors to bring more real, raw, feel-good experiences into your life—because mental health isn’t healed indoors scrolling… it’s built out here.

Fresh air. Movement. Connection. Challenge.
That’s the kind of energy we’re bringing.

But I want YOUR input 👇
If we created outdoor experiences… would you come?

Friendship isn’t a follower count.Somewhere along the way, we blurred the lines between being known and being supported....

Friendship isn’t a follower count.

Somewhere along the way, we blurred the lines between being known and being supported. Between popularity and real connection. Likes, comments, views… they look loud, they feel validating for a moment—but they are not the same as having someone who genuinely shows up for you when life gets quiet, heavy, or messy.

We’ve created this grey area where people think visibility equals value. That if you’re seen, you’re supported. But real friendship isn’t public. It’s not performative. It doesn’t need an audience.

Real friendship is: The person who checks in when you go silent.
The one who tells you the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable.
The one who celebrates you without competition and holds you without judgment.
The one who doesn’t disappear when you’re no longer “fun.”

Because here’s the truth—your environment matters more than your image ever will.

In a world where mental health is declining and negativity is constant, your circle isn’t just a social choice… it’s survival. Not everyone has strong family, solid colleagues, or supportive neighbours. So the friendships you choose become your safety net—or your breaking point.

And not everyone in your life is there to grow you.

Some will raise you.
Some will drain you.

And it’s your responsibility to know the difference.

Stop confusing attention with connection.
Stop calling everyone your friend.
Start choosing depth over display.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not about how many people are watching you…
It’s about who’s actually standing with you.
