ANOTHER NEW VENUE! 🎉

Parents in the ST19 area — we’ve finally found a space to host a Little Mess session… and it comes with parking too! 🙌

Thank you so much for your patience while I found the right venue in this area. Lots of places could accommodate us, but didn’t have enough (or any!) parking on site — and as a parent myself, that just didn’t sit right. I can’t think of anything worse than heading to a class and not knowing where to park, or having to get little ones out the car and straight onto a main road.

Parking is always essential for me, and the venue has to work for all of us 💛

We’re so excited to bring the mess, the fun, and all the sensory play to this new location.

Our first event here will be in June (followed by August and October). Bookings are open now!👀

Our first week of Summer Term 1 kicked off today with Shapes Week! 🔺⭐🍕🍦

With all the lovely sunshine, it was only fitting to enjoy an “ice cream” during today’s session – complete with a triangular cone! ☀️🍦

We also had lots of fun exploring shapes through play, including:
✨ Cutting spaghetti sunshine made from a circle with rectangular rays
✨ A foam star
✨ A triangular pizza topped with pepperoni circles
✨ And so much more!

Our Summer Term 1 starts very soon and we are so excited to give our Little Mess Makers their very own ‘Little Mess Passport’.

Each week the children will receive a stamp in their passports, once the theme has been completed. This will then double up as a perfect keepsake of their Little Mess summer journey!

We hope you like them as much as I do! (A huge thank you to the head office team at The Little Sensory Co Ltd, for always making my ideas come to life too!)

A very busy month.... please note, messages will not be replied to unless urgent on 1st to 8th and Monday 13th April, due to my holidays.

Little Glow – Sensory Room (suitable from birth to prewalking)
Our sensory rooms will have a Easter theme - the perfect way to celebrate babies first Easter. Some sessions are already SOLD OUT and all others now have very limited spaces, so if you are hoping to join us for an Easter session, book quickly. I cannot add any more sessions to the diary this month, so once these are full, that will be it!

This week’s letter of our Little Mess A-Z is…

E = Edible ✨

Our sessions have a mix of both edible and non edible materials, for a full sensory experience!

The edible tray fillers are great for first tastes, safe to babies to mouth, and can even help children with food aversions as they explore food in a safe and relaxed environment.

Messy play is so important for little one’s development!
