Spent a brilliant day yesterday birthing a drum with my lovely friend Andrea Cross 💕
My was a straight forward birth but Andrea is still in labour, birth pending 😂😂
Such an enjoyable experience, with the fantastic people at Lavinia's mystical caves.

✨ RESEARCH PAPER SUBMITTED! ✨
We are SO proud to share that our Menopause research paper has officially been submitted today! 🎉📄
This has been such a meaningful project, and it’s been an absolute honour to work alongside an incredible team of BC facilitators. The four of us came together with a shared passion to explore what’s possible for perimenopausal and menopausal women using this method and the results have been amazing. 🌟
This has been a huge collaborative effort and such a beautiful example of what’s possible when we come together with heart, intention and belief in this work 💛
Massive love and gratitude to everyone involved

This week’s review is from a lovely lady who contacted me after being signed off work because of stress.
She was due to return to work, but wasn’t sure she could do it. After our session, she went back to work and has found that she’s coping brilliantly.
