Beautiful balmy evening with a fantastic turnout .chatham for 'Anchored' performance as part of the - a spectacular aerial display by reflecting on the scale of displacement across the world 🌎 ⚓️

Attended and performed in the most wonderful event in Ramsgate today with my fellow Barham Jubilate Choir members to commemorate the 85th Anniversary of Operation Dynamo. An ambitious performance developed by of 'Go to the Limits of your Longing' with brass, strings, soloists & 5 choirs, local school children, air raid siren's and the horns and whistles of the 70+ Dunkirk Little Ships in the harbour. It was a poignant way to mark the anniversary and really stirred the emotions. Thank you for the opportunity 🙏

When you start a new job what better than to take part in the annual santa fun run to familiarise yourself with your new work environment! 🎅🏃🏼‍♀️

We had a great time this morning .chatham running 10k past HMS Cavalier, the HMS Ocelot and HMS Gannet, through museum square, past the most beautifully architectural 3 Slip and the full length of the ropery building. So much to take in! ⚓️

I've also kick started my running for the Reindeer Run bagging 6 miles of the total 24 that I will run throughout December to raise funds for - 2024 marks the 200th anniversary of the charity established to save lives at sea - please see link in bio for any sponsorship 🙏

Signed up to join an incredible community of volunteers at Hyrox London and had the best day yesterday. I didn't quite expect just how amazing it would be. I felt so proud to see thousands of people (so many of them women) of all different shapes, sizes and ages pushing themselves. I was judging on the lunge section but the best bit was supporting people to get through to the end when they were struggling. Not one person quit during my 10hr shift! Well done you Hyrox'ers every one of you is incredible 🙌 💪
