Nicky’s Sports Massage
I'm a qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with a mobile clinic in Kent, I offer a range of treatments, which include Sports Massage, Soft/Deep Tissue Massage, Rehabilitation, Pain Management, Joint testing ,Cupping and Kinesiology Taping.
Also a Recognised Therapist with the Sports Massage Association.
I use a holistic approach looking at the whole body, not just the painful area, I treat athletes and non-athletes and are able to tailor their approaches professionally to provide the most accurate diagnosis through joint-specific testing, palpation and collectively providing the best appropriate treatment which will help with joint range of movement, increased flexibility, sense of wellbeing, decreased muscle spasms and tightness
