BAROMETRIC PAIN ~ Do you notice the weather affecting your pain levels?
I say I’m like a human barometer at times, my body can surely tell me let me know when storms, inclement weather, changes are coming.

Hello πŸ‘‹

Would anyone be interested in "free CPR training and using a defibrillator"?

This would be at the Scout Hall in the near future when we can get prospective dates.

Phil and I attended this last year and found it very interesting and extremely useful.

(You don't have to get down on the floor, you can still learn and help someone who can get down on the floor).

Please let me know if you are interested, we need at least 8 people to make it viable.

Many thanks

✨ The kindest people are not born that way, they are made.

They are the ones that have experienced so much at the hands of life, they are the ones who have dug themselves out of the dark, who have fought to turn every loss into a lesson.

The kindest people do not just exist, they choose to soften where circumstance has tried to harden them, they choose to believe in goodness, because they have seen firsthand why compassion is so necessary.

They have seen firsthand why tenderness is so important in this world .. ❀️

Whoever you are and what ever you are going through, look after yourself, you are important β€οΈπŸ’œ

Hello πŸ‘‹

Just to say a 'big thank you' to everyone who came to our monthly support group yesterday, especially to our Speakers.

It was so lovely to catch up with you and also to meet new people.

Thank you to all those who helped with the setting up, clearing away, and those who brought delicious cakes and biscuits πŸ˜‹

Take care of yourselves, you are important and loved πŸ’œ
