Yesterdays lunch was low fat, fresh and spiced. Stir fry with GF noodles and tempeh. Fermented soya beans good for phytoestrogens which I need plenty of atm!! This Menopause has given me new symptoms, never a dull moment eh! Pheeeew! Navigating life with the Menopause on top is a challenge for sure!! Thatβs why leaning into my wellness gets me through. Took 10 mins to make this and added tempeh protein helped with the celebration birthday cake afterwards!π₯³π₯³π My youngest turned 17!! π₯°π₯°π₯°
