Choosing an eating window comes with so many benefits for your health 🤍
It helps regulate blood sugar, supports digestion, improves energy levels, and encourages mindful eating.
One of the biggest perks? It naturally reduces over-snacking when you’re not even hungry, helping you reconnect with real hunger cues instead of eating out of habit.

How to Calculate Your Protein Needs 💪
Your protein needs depend on your body weight and activity level. A simple guideline:
• 0.8–1.0 g of protein per kg of body weight for sedentary adults
• 1.2–2.0 g per kg for active adults or those doing strength training

➡ Example: If you weigh 70 kg, you need 56–140 g of protein daily, depending on your activity.

Wondering what 30g of protein looks like?
• Chicken breast (~100 g cooked)
• Salmon (~150 g cooked)
• Eggs (~5 large eggs)
• Greek yogurt (~1.5 cup)
• Lean beef (~120 g cooked)

Why protein matters:
• Builds and repairs muscles
• Supports healthy hair, skin & nails
• Keeps you feeling full and energized

And the last Christmas recipe for the season is, obviously, the ultimate festive staple: the Christmas cheese & charcuterie board 🎄
I chose Camembert, Manchego, blue cheese, and Wensleydale with cranberries, paired with jam, crackers, grapes, and classic charcuteries such as pepperoni, salami, and prosciutto. Simple, classic, and perfect for sharing.

Wondering which cheese is lower in fat? Here’s a simple ranking 🧀⬇️

• Goat cheese (chèvre)
• Fresh mozzarella / burrata
• Brie or Camembert
• Manchego
• Gouda
• Cheddar
• Gorgonzola (blue)
• Parmesan

Charcuterie tip 🥩
Pepperoni, salami, and prosciutto bring bold flavor - enjoy them in moderation and balance them with fruit and lighter cheeses for the perfect festive board.

Let’s make a festive Boursin tree 🎄
I thought this would be a tricky one, but it turned out to be super easy! Simply dip your tree-shaped Boursin in chopped parsley, decorate with pomegranate seeds, add an star-shaped chips on top, and serve with crackers for the perfect festive bite.
