Fast track service for children on CAMHS waiting lists or who have been rejected by Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.

Therapy provided by registered NHS child therapist online giving children the help they need regardless of where they live. No need to travel to a clinic or be taken out of school for appointments. Children can get the help they need in the comfort of their own home.

Private individual therapy offering creative and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach alongside mindfulness. Many patients are discharged after 6-8 sessions.

Appointments also available in person at two private clinics in Cardiff which is easily accessible to surrounding areas such as Bridgend.

Consultation also available to parents to talk about their worries and to pick up strategies to try at home if children are not ready to attend therapy.
