Just your friendly reminder that there are no classes next week while I’m away on holibobs.

Classes will start back on Tuesday 19th August with Vinyasa stretch at 7:30pm - in studio or live online.

Tues 19th Aug - Vin/Yin evening special.
Enjoy a flow, followed by a good stretch and long relaxation

Sunday 24th Aug - Workshop Progress your practise
Level up your yoga practise with this workshop. Spend time improving your skills and achieving your yoga goals.

Sunday 31st Aug - Beach yoga & breakfast.
Celebrate the end of the school holidays with some fresh air, movement, good food, good company & much needed me time!

Savasana

Literally translated = co**se pose

Actual meaning = 10 minutes of rest in total peace & quiet all to yourself away from kids, partners, emails, phone calls, messages & all that life stuff! It does wonders!

We all need a Savasana in our lives.
