Beautiful day exploring Southeast England coastline. Leisurely, walk with friends along the White Cliffs of Dove and a quick stop off for ice-cream at South Foreland. The most perfect way to spend a Saturday ❤️.

Great way to start Wednesday with a walk before work. I work at a mental health education centre, it is nice to have some time to myself, enjoying the peace and quiet before a busy day.

Beautiful way to start the weekend with a 7 mile walk from Boxmoor to Berkhamsted. Spending time walking and talking with my wonderful wife , enjoying the peace and quiet of the canal and making plans for global domination 😂❤️

Today’s walk was simply beautiful! Starting at Llandaff Fields we took a leisurely walk to Bute Park. It was great to see so many families out enjoying this beautiful weather. Our walk took an hour and half and we managed 10,000 steps before lunch time. Ended as always with a coffee and a good chat. Can’t wait to see you all again very soon. Love you loads❤️. .

A great way to start off the Easter break, with a lovely walk up Garth Mountain. Could not of wished for better weather and company. Can’t wait to do it again soon.

Used the ordnance survey book for Brecon Beacons. Tried to find walk 4 Coed Taf Fawr but when we got there it seems to be called Garwnant. This walk was nearly 12,000 steps around Llwyn Onn Reservoir. Not too strenuous except for hill walk back to the visitor centre. Great walk for families with animal wood trail and play area. Will definitely visit again ❤️

After watching the Cardiff half marathon, feeling motivated. Time to start arranging our Smiles walks. Walks starting back Wednesday 5th October. Cafe Castan at 9.30. See you all there###
