One of my absolute favourite crystals, Amethyst is truly magical. This powerful crystal comes in a variation of colours from pink and lavender tones, intense violet, all the way to the deepest darkest purple which relates to the third eye chakra. Each colour is so stunning in its own way.
Amethyst is protective as it has a very high energy which means it can be used when connecting higher and is perfect for meditation. Amethyst also has an extremely relaxing and calming energy so can help with sleep.
