It’s finally time.

My favourite time of year 😍 🥳

🍃☀️Flow in the Fields ☀️🍃 2025 is here!

First two outside yoga dates are up:

☀️This Sunday 30th March at 1pm

☀️Next week Wednesday 2nd April at 6pm

I’ll be bringing my so in both classes we’ll close with a sprinkle of sound healing, focused on connecting to our root and heart chakra energy 💙

Tomorrow evening I am running a Yoga & Sound event at Chapter Arts Centre, 6-8pm. There are still a few tickets, I’ll put the link below 🙂

If you have never been to a yoga and sound bath event before then I promise you they go so nicely together. Like peas in a pod 😍 Such a good combo to both energise and relax body and mind all in one 💙

I’ll be leading the yoga part and (you can find her on Instagram) will be doing the sound therapy.
