Current positions held:
- Lead Physiotherapist for Celtic Dragons Vitality Netball Super League
- Physiotherapist for Welsh Gymnastics
- MSK Physiotherapist within the NHS
- Self-employed Physiotherapist

Previously work includes:
- Soft tissue therapist for the Women's Welsh Artistic Gymnastics Team for 6 years, including travel with the team to the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
- Soft tissue network practitioner working with various sports at an elite level.
- Provision of physiotherapy cover for Glamorgan Cricket
- Provision of physiotherapy cover for Wales Netball U21s and Seniors. Qualifications:
- Currently studying MSc in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
- BSc (Hons) Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation & Massage
- Level 4 SMA (Gold) Soft Tissue Therapist
- Sport Trauma Management- Lubas Medical
- Level 4 Personal Training
- Clean Sport Advisor (UKAD)
- SportTape: Kinesiology Taping in Sport
- Advanced Practical Taping for Sports Injuries
