✨ We Did It! ✨

We are beyond proud to share the amazing feedback from our latest inspection! This wouldn’t be possible without our incredible care workers and management team, whose dedication and compassion shine through every day. ❤️

The report praised our “well-trained and skilled” team, with parents saying their children receive “exceptional” care. One parent shared, “ProCare have supported him to try to explore more community life.”

Our leadership team was also recognised for “effective governance” and “quick action” to ensure the best outcomes. Staff told inspectors, “Management are quick to reply” and “they address issues very quickly.”

But what makes us the proudest? Knowing our team feels valued and supported. One care worker said, “They are the most welcoming team I have come across; they make me feel comfortable and at ease in my job.” Another added, “ProCare are awesome!”

To our entire team… THANK YOU! You are the heart of this service, and we couldn’t do it without you. ❤️👏

Due to expansion ProCare Nursing Agency Ltd children services is looking to recruit a full-time experienced Care Coordinator/Field Supervisor to manage and develop our existing care staff and ensure that we continue to deliver exceptional care in Cardiff.
