Countless weekends and evenings....
...and I finally did it!

Thank you to all the brilliant tutors, supervisors and peers who kept me going, my parents who continue to support my crazy ideas, even into adulthood, and my husband for being altogether wonderful while Mummy was in college (again!)

Unfortunately, and very worryingly, anyone can read a book or do a short course and call themselves a couples counsellor. But relationship counselling is a whole other entity. It requires hard work, dedication and a commitment to exploring self and your own relational behaviours.

I'm proud to call myself a qualified couples counsellor and look forward to the future and the work to come. 🤍💜

Such an important message in the jungle last night....'Men cry too'

50% of the people I talk to identify as Male.
From ages 11-78.
From different countries, religions and social backgrounds.
All with their own meaningful story and reasons for wanting to talk to someone.

I feel privileged to work with each and every one of them 🤍💜

Supervision is such an important part of the work I do.

✔️I offer clinical support to qualified and trainee counsellors working with adults, CYP and couples.

✔️I am trained to work with individuals and groups both in person and online across the UK.

✔️I offer clinical, consultative and coaching supervision to other supervisors, project workers and managers and work with many employees in the NHS and community and charity sectors.

As a relational supervisor I believe in a collaborative approach to the sessions that focuses on the individuals learning experiences, their self-reflection and development and of course, the client work.

If your child is struggling with exam stress or needs help with motivation and organisation of their revision, coaching counselling and youth mentoring is available now.

Taking 1 hour a week out of their study time may help them to discover new coping techniques, remain focused and allow them the opportunity to talk about how they are feeling.
