Shared this yesterday on my story as I just wanted to be open and honest with you.

And after having a few messages in response, I thought why not share it on my grid too- just incase someone needs to hear this today.

So here we go…

A reminder that movement is as much about the mind as it is the body. Because without protecting the former, where does that leave us?

Movement can offer clarity, free up space to feel the feels and deal with life’s obstacles. It can be a true constant for us all- however we choose to engage.
