Race prep isn’t just about the miles 👣

Most of you know my husband is doing the London Marathon this weekend and a few patients have been asking for the link, so here it is!
He’s all set for this Sunday, and I’ve been making sure his feet are in the best possible condition, because good foot care matters just as much as training!

He’s running in support of CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), a cause that’s very close to our family.

A little bit about me 👋

When I’m not in clinic, life is full and busy with my two young daughters, walking my greyhounds Hari and Daf, we also have 3 chickens; Marged, Moli and Elsie, and we love spending time at Poppit Beach 🌊

I really enjoy cold water therapy in the sea – it’s my way of resetting and looking after my own wellbeing. I’m passionate about wellbeing and mental health, and I believe feeling calm, supported and listened to is just as important as the treatment itself 💚

And yes… the maple and pecan bun at the bottom is from Crwst at Poppit 🍩☕️ – always a well-earned treat after a breezy dog walk!
