Thursday Engine Sessions 🔥 🫁

New 8-week training block started this week, and we kicked it off the right way.

Mikkos Triangle Test.

If you’ve never done it, you don’t know what your engine is actually capable of.

That’s the point.

Week one is test week, we find out exactly where you’re at, and then we build from there.

Eight weeks. Structured. Progressive. Purposeful.

This is what real fitness looks like.

Not just lifting weights and hoping for the best.

Not guessing. Testing, tracking, and training with intention.

Someone who might have ATHX, a Spartan, a 10K, or a triathlon ULTRAMARATHON on the horizon or who’s just done with average and wants to train like an athlete.

12 weeks. Press, squat, deadlift. Power development. Conditioning finishers.

Coach-led, every session.

This is our Fit For Purpose | Everyday Athlete programme.
It runs from 27 April to 17 July. ATHX Glasgow sits right in the middle.

Manchester Marathon weekend

BC Fitness showed UP.

Mark, Kathryn, Carl, Little Ben, Josh and Rosie all lined up and got it done at the Manchester Marathon last weekend

26.2 miles, No shortcuts, Just graft.

This is exactly what BC Fitness is about.

These five didn’t just train for a marathon, they trained like athletes.

And on race day, they proved it.

Massive congratulations to every single one of them.

We are incredibly proud of you all.

18k steps through the Cumbrian countryside, dogs, kids, prams and good people, finished off with coffee and cake in Keswick. ☕🍰
