CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: CAROL

When Carol first joined us, she wanted to feel fitter, stronger, and have something that was just for her—not just running around for everyone else. And wow, has she made that happen.

When Carol first walked through our doors, she was nervous and a little embarrassed. But the BC Fitness community quickly changed that.
