Ready to feel the burn, BC Team?

Coach Soph Flavour is bringing a full-body sweat sesh that'll light you up from head to toe.

We’ve got four zones on the menu — each one dialed in to test your grit, power, and endurance. Whether you're chasing a pump, a sweat, or just want to move your body with purpose, this one’s for you.

Let’s break it down:

Zone 1 – AMRAP
Push the pace, control the chaos:

10 Devil’s Press
10 Reverse Lunges (each leg)
10 Push Press
20 Butterfly Sit-Ups

Zone 2 – EMOM
A triple threat to test your lungs and legs:

15 Heavy Wall Balls
15 Burpee Box Jumps
Max Distance on the Erg
20 Box Overs - weighted

Zone 3 – Kettlebell EMOM
Grip, grit, and glutes incoming:

15 High Pulls
15 Cleans
15 Front Rack Squats
Suitcase Hold (yes, you’ll feel it)

Zone 4 – E2MOM Finisher
Rotating engines ON — go hard, recover smart:

Assault Bike
Ski Erg
Run

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: CAROL

A proud grandma with a zest for life.

And now—an unstoppable force at BC Fitness.

When Carol first joined us, she wanted to feel fitter, stronger, and have something that was just for her—not just running around for everyone else. And wow, has she made that happen.

STOP making these beginner gym mistakes!

I see this all the time — people putting in effort but not seeing results. If you’re serious about progress, avoid these 3:

1️⃣ Rushing reps with bad form
2️⃣ Training with no plan or structure
3️⃣ Skipping recovery and overtraining

Fix these, and you’ll build muscle, stay consistent, and enjoy the process.
It’s not about doing more — it’s about doing it right.

12-min CAP on ALL

Part 1: Ladder
21-15-9

C2 or Assault Bike (calories)
Thrusters
Sandbag or Medball Reverse Lunges

Part 2: EMOM
Every minute on the minute, rotate through:

When life gets busy, the first thing we lose sight of is our health (fact).⁣

Everything else in life takes priority, meaning you can’t fully look after yourself.

Back at work, weekends or back in the cards, the marriage, the kids alway something in the way right?…⁣

Your own health & fitness gets left at the bottom of the pile.⁣

Before you know it, 2-3 years have passed or maybe even 10 years and suddenly you’re not happy with how you look, you struggle with low energy every day and the old you seems like a distance memory.⁣

Sound familiar?⁣

But at some point, you have to draw a line in the sand and take back control!⁣

Because there isn’t one area of your life that won’t be improved when you take back control and start optimising your health ⁣
