Just a friendly reminder that the gym membership you’ve been paying for and not using needs cancelling!

Honestly the amount of people we speak to that have joined BC fitness that had been paying for a gym membership for 12 months and not using has shocked us.

The problem with having a gym membership at your typical commercial gym is quite frankly...... they don’t care about you.

They don’t care if you turn up (they would actually prefer if you didn’t)

They don’t care if you get amazing results (its not part of their marketing strategy)

and they certainly don’t care that you’re paying for a gym membership and not using the facility.

We care about our members, our members goals our our goals, that means that if you do go missing for a week (this does happen from time to time) we make it our priority to help you stay on track.

Let’s talk NUTRITION. 🍱

This is the #1 thing holding people back from being healthy, happy, and actually reaching their goals.

Too many people try to go from 0 → 100,
cutting out everything they enjoy.

Guess what happens?
❌ Unsustainable
❌ Unmanageable long-term
❌ And that’s why 99% of people fail

Most people don’t track what they eat or drink.
They think “Ah, that’s not much…”

In reality they’re:
• Over-eating
• Under-estimating
• Absolutely clueless

Tracking matters if you want RESULTS.

You eat “well” Monday–Friday…
Restrict hard…
Then overeat on the weekend and undo the work.

Same weight.
Same frustration.
Same excuses.

Fat loss is actually very simple.

If your dog was overweight, what would you do?
🐕 Feed it less
🚶 Walk it more

Simple in theory.

Here’s the rule most people avoid:

If you can’t do it forever, you can’t do it at all.
(Unless you’re on the BC Fitness PHOTOSHOOT… different level 🚀💪🏼)

There are MANY ways to approach nutrition:

1️⃣ Flexible dieting
Great in theory.
In reality? 85% fail (myself included).

2️⃣ Fixed meal structure (my go-to 95% of the time)
Breakfast, lunch & snack = fixed
Evening meal = flexible (family time 👌)

3️⃣ Meal prep / outsourced meals
Busy life = fewer decisions
Open fridge → microwave → eat → done.

There is no right or wrong approach.

Only:
👉 What works for YOU
👉 What fits your life
👉 What you can stick to long-term

Stop chasing perfection.

Build a lifestyle.

Shoutout to our members who beasted themselves this morning across our morning sessions

7AM - Saturday Send - a nasty set of 6 zones x 8 minutes working through EMOM’s & AMRAP’s

8:15AM - Beginner Endurance - a combination of partner AMRAP’s and Team chippers that had everyone working their capacities

09:30AM - BC Rox - 3 minutes per zone x across 3 zones repeated 3x was very simple but oh so very spicy!

Great work this morning to everyone who attended and earned the day!
