Today we’re combining heavy lifts with high-intensity conditioning for a full-body burn that hits every system.

Compound 1 – Deadlift

Build that raw strength: 15-5-5-5.
Load it up, focus on form, and feel the power in every rep.

Compound 2 – Military Press

6–8 reps.

When Mike first joined us, his goal was simple: get fitter, get stronger, and feel better in himself.

Workout of the Week: BC Rox

This week, we’re taking it up a notch with a mix of strength, power, and conditioning that’ll leave you feeling unstoppable.

Area 1 – EMOM (16 min)

Each minute, hit the following and rest in any remaining time:
8/8 DB or sandbag lunges (warm up those legs!)
2 lengths sled push/pull (teamwork makes the dream work!)
10 heavy KB deadlifts (load up and control it)
8/8 Cable woodchops (core engagement on point)

Repeat x4

Area 2 – Individual AMRAP (16 min)
Go all out and see what you’re capable of:

250m erg / ass / ski / row
10 burpees to plate
15 DB thrusters
20 BSU

Push hard, stay consistent, and track your progress!

Whether you’re sweating with a partner or grinding solo, this WOD challenges strength, cardio, and mental toughness. Make it count!
