A big warm welcome to Lydia, who completed her Pellowah training this week.

It was such a joy to share this energy with her. Lydia showed such genuine love and respect for Pellowah throughout the training, and it was really special for me personally too, as we hadn’t seen each other properly in over 20 years. Life has a funny way of bringing people back together at just the right time.

I’m pleased to share that new dates are now available for Pellowah Level I & II Training at The Soul Space.

Pellowah is a gentle yet powerful healing modality that creates shifts in consciousness, clarity, perspective, and inner alignment. Many people experience it as a reconnection with their true self, a deepening of awareness, and a sense of expanded possibility.

You don’t need any previous holistic or therapeutic background to learn Pellowah.

Congratulations to our newest Pellowah Practitioner, Valerie ✨

It was an absolute pleasure to spend the weekend with Valerie as she stepped into the energy of Pellowah. From the moment she arrived, she brought such openness, warmth and presence, the kind that makes holding space feel effortless.

Throughout the training we shared some really powerful moments. There were breakthroughs, big realisations, and quiet shifts that spoke volumes. Valerie allowed herself to be fully in the experience, curious, reflective, and willing to meet whatever came up. That takes courage.

We also laughed, connected, and had those lovely in-between conversations that always seem to land in the right place at the right time. These weekends aren’t just about the energy work, they’re about the people, and the space we co-create. Valerie, you made it a joy.

What a truly beautiful weekend we’ve just shared. It was such a joy and an honour to hold space for you both as you stepped into the incredible frequency of Pellowah. The energy was light, uplifting, and filled with so much laughter – and yet the shifts… wow. They were deep, powerful, and already making themselves known in the most unexpected ways (blurry eyes fixed on day one?! Amazing!).

I can’t believe it has taken me this long to realise that my last post didn’t send—so my deepest apologies! But today, I’m beyond delighted to officially welcome Hannah and Alex as Pellowah Level I & II graduates.

These two wonderful souls embarked on their Pellowah journey back in February, and what an incredible weekend it was. Kind, funny, and deeply open to the process, they embraced the energy with such grace, allowing it to unfold in exactly the way it needed to for them. It was truly an honour to witness.

Pellowah is more than just a healing modality—it is expansion, transformation, and connection. And it was beautiful to see how the energy moved through Hannah and Alex, shifting and aligning them in ways that will continue to ripple outward.
