Well after a lot of self debating, I have made a big decision about Featherlite Wellbeing. It was never the direction I had envisaged but this is where we are. I am going to start teaching Kundalini reiki. I am currently finishing off the manuals and teaching content and finding the correct place to conduct these fabulous courses.
If you feel drawn to doing these courses or want to discover the difference between Kundalini and other forms of reiki, then please get in touch.
I will put on the dates for the first couple of level 1 courses as soon as possible.

Well EXCITING NEWS, along with my good friend Rachel Emmens, we are going to run a group to help people who want to find out more about things that we do. So it will be about energies, crystals, cards, spirit guides, meditation, pendulums, healing and all sorts of things you haven't even thought about. It will involve doing work on your own as-well as within the group. We will show you things, help you try things, but most of all you will have fun, lots of laughter and hopefully make some new friends along the way.

Sorry I haven't been present for awhile but when your body shouts I NEED TIME OUT, you have to listen! It just goes to show you that you always need to take time to recharge your batteries. You can't help anyone else if you are literally running on empty.
It is not being selfish, it's vital for staying healthy, both physically and mentally. Look out for the next post with some EXCITING NEWS

As we have just had a full moon, A pink moon. How are we all feeling? Have you been struggling to sleep in the last couple of nights? Have you felt irritable and not quite sure why?
Well this full moon was about discarding what no longer serves us. Like an emotional spring clean. Sometimes Its just needs to be done. Its about feeling balanced again after getting rid of all that rubbish, being ready to grow in this new season (Spring), and trying new things and going to new places.
Life is an adventure, time to live it

Is anyone struggling to sleep?
Is anyone feeling confused at the moment?
Is anyone feeling as if we are waiting for something to happen? Well.....
It's a new moon tomorrow and it is also a partial solar eclipse. So in other words, the energies are exceptionally high!
Be kind to yourselves, but be ready to step into a new chapter. What no longer serves you, will be discarded.
It's about changes, new beginnings, new directions. Be open to new things - it could change your life.
I actually feel that there are going to be big changes within the world set up.

Sometimes there is so much going on around us, we don't know what to sort first.
If it has already happened, you can't change it, LET IT GO.
If it is something you can't do anything about, LET IT GO. It is for someone else to sort.
If it is something you can do, then do what you can, that is all anyone can do.
Remember we are not miracle workers, but there is always a solution to every problem. Stress is a terrible thing, but we don't need to take on other people's stress. We can help them sort out the issues, but not do it for them.

This was taken on Friday, but if you didn't know you would presume it was a summer's day. Looks can be deceiving. Someone can look fine on the outside, but are falling apart inside. Always be kind, think of others and if we kind to this planet of ours, it will look after us. If we are kind and someone takes advantage, then it says more about them than you.

What makes you happy?
This is me doing something that makes me so happy. It puts a huge smile on my face and gets me ready to face whatever life throughs at me.
We all have times when we have so much to do and so little time to do it in. You are not being selfish by taking some ME time to do things that make you happy. It will make you stronger and mentally fitter to take on life hurdles.
