The skin is the largest organ in the body and is always ready to absorb anything that we put on it.

I am a Therapist who operates in the Carlisle and North Cumbria district, I was introduced to Neals Yard Organic skin and wellbeing products a number of years ago, which inspired me to start using them myself and incorporate them into my Business. It is very important to know what we are applying to the skin as this can have a direct link to the quality of the blood and create an overload of unwanted chemicals. Neals Yard products are made of essential oils and are free from harmful chemicals promoting healthy skin and body. The one product that I started using in recent years is the deodorant, the ingredients in it do not include aluminium which can be damaging to the lymph glands which sit under the armpit.

1. Exfoliating cleanser. Use with the enclosed organic muslin cloth for a gently exfoliating radiance boost

2. Intense moisture boost. After cleansing, massage in to keep skin moisturised.
