We're told to avoid saturated fat (which btw is nonsense) we need to cut the amount of red meat we eat...really ❓❓❓

Because at only 2% saturated fat (there's more saturated fat in olive oil at 14%) why would we want to stop eating red meat which is nutrient dense and supplies all the essential amino acids, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals that we need for good health 🤔🤔🤔

Anyone with common sense knows that unprocessed red meat is a superfood 💪💪💪

Leptin...a hormone only discovered in 1994.... is produced in your fat cells and is your energy accountant 🪫

Leptin needs to dock to the hypothalamus in the brain at night to regulate your satiety signals. Problem is this often doesn't happen due to poor signalling or leptin resistance, leading to hunger, increased appetite and weight gain 🍽

Still think weight loss is just about calories in, calories out ❌

Think again‼️ it's so much more complex and it isn't just about food😯

Has Salt been blamed for what Sugar did? 🤔🤔🤔

The "Sweet Spot": Studies suggest that an intake of 3 to 5 grams of sodium per day (which is about 7.5 to 12.5 grams of salt!!!) is associated with the lowest risk of mortality. 👍👍👍https://doi.org/10.1136/bmj.l772

The NHS is recommending all adults should consume less than 6 grams of salt a day! Meaning their recommendation is increasing our risk of mortality 👎👎👎

Processed foods do contain a lot of salt but if you eat a diet low in processed food maybe you need a bit more!! 🎉🎉🎉
