Maybe it’s time to question the narrative. 🌱🥩 We’re told the food on the left is “healthy” and the one on the right is “carcinogenic”… really? 🤔

One animal spends its life under artificial light, in crowded sheds, eating a diet it would never naturally choose.

The other lives outdoors in sunlight, roaming fields and eating grass — the food it evolved to eat.

Yet somehow we’re meant to believe the second one is the problem.

Sometimes the story we’re told about food doesn’t quite match the reality of how that food is actually produced.

Sugar and refined grains became daily staples.
