🍂 As September slips away… 🍂

I’ve been so busy in the cabin this past week that I haven’t had a moment to post - but I’m still here, still holding space, and still doing healing 💫

October is nearly upon us, and with it comes the shift in seasons: darker nights, cooler air, and the quiet invitation to turn inward. This time of year can stir up emotions, fatigue, and a sense of heaviness - for adults and children alike.

Reiki is a beautiful support during seasonal transitions. It helps restore balance, soothe the nervous system, and gently lift the fog that can settle when the light fades. 🌙✨

I offer Reiki for all ages - including little ones who may feel unsettled or sensitive to the change. Children respond so beautifully to energy work, and it can be a calming, empowering experience for them.
