The drive to hunt is extreme. It's in a falcons' DNA. You may have experienced that some falcons lose their enthusiasm for lure flying over time. When young and naïve, it can be their whole world, but as they wise up, especially once they are going well on quarry, you can find that on lure flying days their indifference is palpable.
Instead of repeated & enthusiastic attacks at the lure, they float around, one eye on the horizon. You know she's scanning for something much more appealing to go after, and you find yourself repeatedly flicking the lure on the ground, maybe shouting to her, because you don't want a long session. It's a non-hunting day, you just wanted to give her 30 passes to the lure and get back home in time for tea. Chasing crows a mile away was not the plan.
The Rocrow solves this problem. It's 10x more appealing to a falcon than the lure. Once locked on, falcons very rarely break off the pursuit. She is motivated, committed, getting a great workout, and practicing all the skills she needs to refine to be a successful hunter.
