Yesterday, on possibly the soggiest Saturday yet, this bunch of ladies and myself completed the 5k Race for Life in Preston. Part of your Slimming World journey is our Body Magic program-moving more, one step at a time, to reap the benefits both physically and mentally. We all took it at our own pace and we all finished! With over 24 stone lost between us it’s fair to say that helped! I’m so proud of every one of them! 🩷 Friendship, fun and support. That’s what our groups are about. And every now and again, trying something new!
