A couple of weeks ago in group we held our Two Together Competition which recognises members who come along with someone else to support them.

The Group voted for their fellow members who inspire them, give great hints and tips ideas and motivation each and every week and I will now showcase those who were crowned the winners

Starting with Kirsty & Mhairi in our Larbert Group - Mother in Law & Daughter in Law with a combined loss so far of 3st 12lb ๐Ÿ‘

โ€œ I am absolutely ecstatic to have got my target weight ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿฅฐ

It feels like such an achievement and I couldnโ€™t have done it without the help of the fabulous Claire and all my fellow members (now friends) in Group

Every single week the help and support at group is what pushes and helps you onto the next week. Having like minded people talk about their issues and feelings and how to overcome them has been key to my success as Iโ€™m sure like many there have been times I could have and probably would have chucked the towel in so thank you each and everyone of you ๐Ÿ˜Š xx
