Often children affected by trauma lack self esteem and belief.
We can believe for them, championing them on and building them up , step by step, so that they can reach their targets. ❤️
All children love the feeling of success but it can feel uncomfortable at first because their comfort lies in the failure that they have become accustomed to.
Don’t give up on them, no matter how hard, they need us all to help raise them up ❤️😍🙌

Anxiety not only affects the Mind but also the Gut. Most people will find their stomachs churning up when they have negative thoughts. It is also incredibly difficult to concentrate in this state as you are in the Fight/Flight or Freeze mode - all your energy is focussed on survival. Too many children/teenagers are caught in this mode. We can find out where this anxiety is coming from and help to smooth it out.
