Network issue affecting whole of practice.

Eden Court Medical Practice is experiencing a network outage this evening, we are in contact with our IT Service and hope to have this working as soon as possible. Triage messages will not be responded to until we have our systems back up and running, hopefully by tomorrow morning.

Thank you to everyone who completed the Friends and Family test and Google reviews this month. It really does make a different to the practice and its staff and helps other patients find or services. We have has over 95% of patients telling us about their positive experiences. A snippet of the comments are below:

Network issue affecting whole of practice.

Eden Court Medical Practice is experiencing a network outage, we are in contact with our IT Service and hope to have this working as soon as possible. You can still come into surgery and speak with Reception however our computers and phone lines are currently down. Triage messages will not be responded to until we have our systems back up and running.

Please call 111 if your needing any medical attention or 999 in emergencies.

Easy to use self book in service once arrived and my nurse was brilliant she put me at ease as she knew I was nervous about smear and implant but she made it as easy for me as possible. She gave me the best experience I wish all nurses was like her as previous experiences have not been good ( previous doctors thou not this one) Overall experiences have always been good at this doctors Thank you'

Some lovely and constructive feedback to our Friends and Family Questionnaire. We had 158 responses this month with 93% started we were 'very good' or 'good'. Thanks for your responses, some of them are below:

'I made an appointment via NHS app. Filled out the form and received a call back and got an appointment for the same day. I didn’t have to wait long when I got to the doctors. I was given a date within the week for a blood test.'

'Very clean practice patient care was very good. Happy with my care, glad we moved surgery should of done it 2 years ago.'

'Always a high standard of care at Eden court. All staff are friendly and helpful from reception to doctors.'

'The Nurse instantly put me at ease the moment I walked into the room. She was chatty and kind and made me instantly relaxed. It was an appointment I’d been putting off for a few months and I came out feeling silly for putting it off. Definitely will not be delaying my health again going forward, thanks.'

'I always enjoy seeing (the HCA) who asks how you are & chats to you while getting instruments ready. A lovely person.'

Mounjaro weight loss medication update

In Birmingham GP surgeries have been asked NOT to prescribe this at this stage.
