Wee Barra sauna is proving a hit. We've had great success since opening with regular locals and sea swimmers coming to bask in the heat. Our suana is ideal for a small group of friends or couples. It's small and cosy and of course you have 2 cold water Whisky barrels to plunge into. Contrast therapy is the way to go with so many health benefits! Ideal way to wind down after a busy day or heat up after a cold bracing sea swim.

We've delighted to say we have had such a great response to our sauna and plunge this winter that we're going to keep discounted Winter rates for locals throughout the year so if your interested in booking, please message or send a text to 07495606108 to get a local discounted rate .

Great to see so many people enjoying our weebarra sauna. We've had over 25 folks using it this week which is totaly fabulous including nana who at 81 simply loves her sauna! If nana can do it, then so can you! Well done to everyone giving the cold water barrels a go (excluding nana!) I'm sure you'll be back!

To get maximum benefit, you need to alternate between the hot and the cold 3 times so even standing outside the sauna and dabbing your face with water or using the cold water shower between suana sessions is as good as doing a plunge in the barrels. Great to see so many sea swimmers enjoying the benefits of the sauna too! We do love it!

Wee barra sauna has proved to be popular so far! Great to see so many people enjoying the experience and trying it out. There are huge benefits to using the sauna and then having a cold dip in our Whisky barrels or simply standing outside to cool down or showering using our outdoor coldwater shower .
