🔹️Struggling to loose weight or starting a new diet....straight away you go zero carbs!!!
WRONG!!!

🔹️This is NOT the way, carbs are not bad carbs are needed its just that they get a bad reputation.
🔹️Makes you fat....Wrong over eating makes you fat.
🔹️I get tired from them.......Wrong that is Overeating carbs or simple carbs spiking insulin.

🔹️They help with fat loss.
Fuel for the gym
Energy for activities
No fuel you wont burn anything

🔹️So Eat carbs and slowly take out when in a deficit.

🔹️Nutrition can be hard even harder when trying to choose which is best to cut and bulk
🔹️Certain foods are best for Cutting like chicken breast, white fish, potatoes
and certain food best for Bulking chicken thighs, salmon & rice

🔹️Now all the food are brill but to get the best results these choices that we make for Cutting or bulking will make so much difference

🔹️This is a 3 day split that i used to do and get my clients to do and get results.
1) Build Muscles
2) Loose Body Fat

🔹️45mins sessions these last

and loads of time to have free time away from the gym.

🔹️There is different exercises you can put i into the routein but overall 3 sessions does the job.

🔹️More Sweat DOES NOT mean More Fat Loss 🔹️

🔹️sweating loads and loads does not mean that we are burning more fat....its cooling the body down.

🔹️The body's way of loosing fat is done by
1) Calorie Deficit
2) Consistency in your training

🔹️This is water weight which is same of going to the toilet. its water Loss NOT fat loss
🔹️So if your a fighter making weight water Loss is for you in the gym....NO.
🔹️We need fat loss, so no sweat suits or dont believe in sweating more burns more calories

I see this loads where;
1) with not counting calories over indulge on the weekend on excess calories which undoes all the work all through the week
2) thinking that there deficit is that big that they can have Friday Saturday & Sunday off there diet.

🔹️Then the coach gets this "your plan does not WORK!!!" when its the client that is way relaxed on there plan or just not telling you what they are not eating like a secret.
🔹️Now im not saying that you have to eat ultra clean or have no enjoyment.
everything in moderation

1) Only 1 treat not a day of it
2) watch alcohol consumption
3) track your calories
4) if going out, let your coach know
5) do NOT!!!! lie what you eat or drink
