🔹️Eating Healthy= Weird🔹️
🔹️Since when did this become a thing???
You train & eating healthy, meal prep and want to look and feel good you are now "Weird"
For wanting to be better in yourself
🔹️BUT!!!.....You eat poor, dont train & healthy lifestyle is not on your radar this is "Normal"
🔹️We have prossesed food aimed at us ALL day long and the wounder why with have health related issues I regards to food.
🔹️I dont see adverts for Beef, eggs or chicken its just normal to eat these food.
🔹️Why should it be frowned upon for looking after yourself?
There is nothing wrong with eating this way
Going to the gym
And wanting to be healthy
🔹️I get this from my clients where friends family or work colleagues will slander them for eating the right way😑👎🏻
No encouragement No support just.....your Weird, that is too regimented, your boring.
🔹️All I say is "look after 1 first remember what is more important to you"
🔹️Dont Get me wrong YES....a bag of crisps or biscuit will not hurt or even 1 pizza on the weekend.
But not every day or every night
