Passed away peacefully in Pinderfields Hospital on 11th November 2025, aged 76 years.

Beloved wife of the late Harry. Much loved mum of Brian, Harry, Margaret and Tracy. Mother in law to Jackie, Joy, Shaun and Neil. Devoted nana of Stacy, Harry, John, Simon, Kirsty, Sophie, Francessca, Robert, Brian, Daniel, Linzi, Carl and Sami and great grandma of Ruby, Coby, Keegan, Ethan, Jaydn, Lexi, Sefiea , Donte , Oscar, Trio, Mackenzie, Harley, Declan, Amy, Casey, Tilly, Ajay, Leo, Joshua, Lexi, Keira, George, Harriet and Teddy.

Funeral service on Friday 5th December 2025 in Pontefract Crematorium at 1:40pm. Family flowers only please, donation in lieu will be divided between the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and the Dogs Trust.

Died peacefully in The Prince of Wales Hospice on Friday 7th November 2025, aged 36 years.
Much loved wife, mum, daughter, sister and aunt. She will be sadly missed by a great many.

Funeral service on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 in Pontefract Crematorium at 11:40am.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu will divided between The Prince of Wales Hospice, MacMillan and Star Bereavement. Please wear Katy's favourite colour purple.

Dearly loved brother to Joyce, Linda, the late Kenny, the late Jim and the late Christine.
Much loved uncle and great uncle.

Funeral service on Monday 1st December 2025 in Holy Cross Church, Airedale at 11am prior to committal at Pontefract Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to The British Heart Foundation. Afterwards all friends are welcome to join the family at the Roundhill Club.

Today, on Armistice Day, we join our community in remembering the brave souls who served and sacrificed for peace.

At 11am, we pause for a two-minute silence to honour those who gave everything in the hope of a better world. Their courage lives on in our hearts, and their legacy continues to inspire.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Newson of Byram. A loving husband to Susan, a dearly loved Dad to Giles and a cherished Grandad to Danella and Elliott.

In honour of Michael, the family kindly advises that wearing black clothing is not necessary.
