Did 40 seconds . I haven’t done one for years since I ended up taking a muscle relaxant following a planking competition 😂

Traumatised me but did 2 reps today and I need to use this energy to do more 😂 I’ve had a burst of energy about 30 minutes ago 😂

Now values just what healing does and remains because she chooses to have sessions for wellbeing and improving health.

Yesterday I received a message from a client that comes every 6 months “Thank you for today I didn’t realise how much I needed that session”

Another client said to me who hasn’t been for a few months “My head is so clear, not that it wasn’t but it feels so light, clear and with clarity. I can breathe again as you have sorted out the sinuses. My chest feels lighter all these things I didn’t realise until after you worked your magic on me. Thank you - book me in for next month”

We go through life thinking we are okay but then you leave different 😉

Hello, my name is Andrea and I am a fully insured & DBS checked. Healing Hands Healing Minds is all about you and we strongly work with you to improve your Physical, Spiritual and Emotional Health. We work with different disciplines but the list includes Spiritual Healing, Reiki Healing, Mindfulness, NLP, Counselling, Meditation, Reflexology, Massage, and Readings.

I am a medical intuitive BUT I am not medically trained so at no point will you receive a diagnosis from myself, however, I will mention to you if I feel you need to see a GP. I am not against conventional medications they have their place and believe working together with GP’s improve the outcome for you the client.

I have registrations with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, the Complementary Medical Association, International Alliance of Holistic Therapists & the International Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and adhere to all regulations. I want to make a difference and although I believe medications have their place I do believe we turn to tablets too quickly so it is my job to wake up your body to start those self-healing properties off itself.

Life is good... no, life is amazing! Come and be part of what we hope to achieve! We are building a community of support for all those that need that extra hand so clients have access to a Facebook group and social events! So if you are in pain or suffering with low moods or anxiety come and give us a try as we do have an excellent reputation and so far an outstanding success rate in a short space of time!
