How do I use PSYCH-K® in my every day life. Today I worked with the word "Control" and how it impacts my ability to feel less emotionally charged about attending appointments at a particular time and place. Using a simple question of what do I want to experience instead, I create a meaningful goal statement and used the process called The New Direction Balance to re-program my subconscious mind to this new potential.
My goal statement was "I experience attending meetings and appointments with ease, joy and curiosity."
The process was completed with an action step to solidify and activate the new integrated belief.
A "belief" is just a thought you keep thinking and I prefer to choose supporting thoughts rather than recycling what no longer serves me.
