Some days are all about the familiy behind Catterick Nutrition and today its all been about our daughter Kati shes a cheer leader with Lazer Cheer Acadamy and we have been in Newcastle at BCA Summer Spotlight.

Both her teams finished in 1st Place and we are so proud of her teams and Lazer Cheer Acadamy.

On to the next comp and so excited for European Summit in Portugal in June.

You want good Nutrition that develops good daily habits that last a lifetime and thats what i have.

This is me and the first pic was taken just under 6 years ago the 2nd pic was taken yesterday I have now maintained a comfy size 8 for over 5 years.

Im now 43 years old perimenopausel and have PCOS and at the grand old age of 43 i have decided to add some excerise in.

Its not about restrictions I still have a good life and never turn down a night out, a treat and I certainly dont cook different food for myself (we eat familiy meals).

Im just here Fueling my body correctly taking each day that comes knowing im looking after myself and my familiy forever.
