Hey guys!

So many of you may remember me but I'm going to kick this off with a bit about me!

So I am a mum of 5. I found it difficult to find what I wanted during pregnancy and after regarding treatments, so I trained to accommodate what was lacking in my local area at the time.

I trained prior to covid, qualifying a few months before lockdown which then stopped me for a while from working these magic hands.

Since lockdowns eased I have moved twice so it had been very difficult to build my clientèle base and have a steady flow of custom.

I am now located in Catterick Garrison and can offer mornings during the working week and weekends.

I can massage anyone from birth until end of life.
I am fully insured and qualified with pre existing health conditions aswell as qualified in prenatal yoga.

I only ever use Vegan and cruelty free products, all of which would be suitable for even a baby!

I can offer the following ( plus more if you wish to inbox me to enquire further)
• baby massage
• pregnancy massage
• reflexology
• deep tissue massage
• head massage
• pre natal massage for expectant couples to learn how to relieve labor pains.
• hot stone massage

I am qualified to work on;
• all genders.

• respiratory condition persons
• blood pressure difficulty persons
• aneamic persons
• pregnant persons
• young persons
• elderly persons

I apologise to all who have contacted me recently, I seem to have had a run of bad luck, starting with a horrid head cold after lockdown was eased, and then my phone breaking and not being able to see/ return messages.

I am whilst we are not in tier 4 (touch wood any time soon!) Still continuing with appointments, however these will be much more spaced out between clients to ensure time for the correct cleaning and also standing time with no contact, I would also appreciate anyone who does book with me to use the track and trace QR code please, if nothing else but for my own personal needs as we have ill family members so need to be aware if we come into contact as much as anyone else!

I will not risk you or your unborn child/ baby or health impared person. So should I feel I may be carrying any bugs of any sorts i will contact you

Something we all need to remember from time to time, but along with loving others, we must learn to love ourselves, taking time out to recharge our batteries and revitalise our bodies is much more important than one may believe.

Relaxation is paramount for not just physical, but also mental well-being.

Whilst we do look after our mums to be and our new mothers and their beautiful bundles, we do also help a range of other clients throughout all walks of life.

Every body needs time out.
Love your body.
Love yourself.
Love others.
And in return others will love you.
