New blocks starting on Monday. Come join us in our small Physiotherapy led Pilates classes. No classes have more than 9 people in at RGS and 7 at Hedsor Golf Course. All injuries are catered for a worked around. A half price taster to all and a free taster to all existing clients if you want to try or you’re not sure it’s for you?

Hedsor:
Monday: 10.05 and 11am
Thursday: 12.15pm
Friday: 6.30am and 12.15pm

RGS
Wednesday 6.10pm and 7pm
