ACL rehab progressing.
In a recent review in Somerset Physiotherapy Clinic in Chard we were able to further progress the ACL rehab to improve both neurological control and dynamic strengthening/proprioception.

Progressing the ACL knee injury rehabilitation:
I made a recent physio home visit in Chard, Somerset to check and progress a rehab plan.
This high-level sporting young lady contacted me shortly after sustaining a twisting injury to her knee whilst playing competitive hockey. I/Somerset Physio arranged an MRi scan, which confirmed the expected ACL rupture and lateral meniscal tear.
8/52 post op highly successful ACL reconstruction and meniscal suture and it was time to reassess and progress the physio rehab, concentrating on strengthening exercises and starting proprioception drills.
