You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it.
Trying to stop drinking from a drinker’s mindset keeps you stuck in the same loop. Think like a non-drinker now—choose the places, routines, and self-talk that match that identity. Change the frame the world and yourself.
I’m almost 5 years alcohol‑free now—about 1,760 days— I have saved over £25000, had 1,750+ hangover‑free mornings, and I’m 5 stone lighter. If I can do it, you can absolutely do it this October.
