Hey Crimson Celestial Cittenz, repression is why humanity cannot find happiness, yet, it's 'self-expression' that gives you the freedom to find it from within, so have you started your journey yet or are looking to?

I asked my Yoga participants last night, "What is your intention?", "Why are you here with me?" One said the he loved the class and it makes him happy, however, the answers varied, with a few saying that they were seeking freedom in thought, in body, in self and in life. Remember that 'self' is a part of the universe and if we are not serving 'self' with love and kindness, then the universe cannot provide all the goodness.

They were sick of being pushed into other people's ideology's and as young a young child, they weren't encouraged to be free, nor to do what they wished as an occupation, therefore felt that they missed out.

As they were talking, I would change the colour of my lamp to the colour of the chakra which needed freeing and healing. I always ask them what chakra the colour belongs to and the participants are getting better at remembering.
Please remember that chakras aren't coloured in the first instance, it's the colour of the auric field (7 layers) that gives them a colour.
