🐣🌷 Easter Party Celebration at Forge House Care 🌷🐣

We had a wonderful Easter party with our service users and staff, filled with joy, laughter, and togetherness.

Everyone enjoyed a lovely day sharing sweets and chocolates, dancing, chatting, and simply spending quality time together. We were also joined by a special Easter Bunny and Chick, who helped make the day even more fun and memorable! 🐰🐥

Days like this are so important as they give us the chance to connect, catch up, and enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed and happy environment.

📅 Fixed-term: 1 August 2026 – 31 January 2027
📍 Location: Medway / West Kent Area

What you’ll do:

• Support our Registered Manager in leading a dedicated and passionate team
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care for adults with diverse needs
• Maintain compliance, safety, and excellent care standards
• Motivate and support staff while promoting independence for service users

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in adult social care and a leadership role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of safeguarding, CQC requirements, and care standards
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

Listening to music or doing something creative 🎨
Talking to a friend, colleague, or support worker 🗣️
Practicing mindfulness, meditation, or breathing exercises 🧘‍♂️
