Iโ€™ve noticed that many people still believe being clairvoyant is the same as being a medium, but theyโ€™re actually quite different.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Clairvoyance is the ability to receive visual impressions beyond what the physical eyes can see.

In my case, this often happens while Iโ€™m doing Reiki, Tarot or channelling.
I may see images like faces, objects, colours, places, symbols, or even memories that belong to the person Iโ€™m tuning into.
These visuals guide me through the energy and help me deliver more personalised and meaningful messages.

๐Ÿค Clairsentience is when I feel what the other person might be going through, sometimes emotionally, sometimes even physically.
I often sense things like pressure in the chest, waves of heat or cold, a heavy or dizzy feeling, or even a sudden emotion that isnโ€™t mine.
Itโ€™s like my body is picking up and interpreting their energy, and this helps me understand how to support their healing process.

โœจ A medium, however, is someone who connects with the spirit world and relays messages from those who have passed away.
This is a different type of gift and not what I focus on during my sessions yet.

It's not done face to face, as the connection requires stillness, focus, and a quiet space.
