Exposure to synthetic chemicals can impact nearly every major organ system.

Causing irritation and chronic conditions such as cancer, hormone disruption, and reproductive issues.
Especially worrying if you are pregnant, health concerns and the young. It’s even been linked to the brain development and nervous system.

There’s a lot of cheap and expensive products out there which are full of toxicity. There’s also some which have positive effects. I urge everyone to get an app to scan your products that show the ingredients. It’s actually very scary. I use the Yuka app and I don’t let my youngest daughter buy anything unless it’s Yuka/Mummy approved.

Tropic products are 100% natural or 100% naturally derived. Meaning we can limit our exposure to chemicals through the things we put on our skin and do our best to stay healthy .

Yes it can seem pricey at first glance , for a long time I couldn’t justify paying the price. However you can’t put a price on your health. There’s been a lot of research, testing and making of the products to get them right .

Once I started using Tropics my skin was in heaven from the texture, to the smell and quick results . I don’t feel to guilty poisoning myself with junk food and household chemicals now. I do try to avoid all that rubbish . But I human and it’s everywhere in our shops.

If you would like any help choosing products please message me and there’s the option to pay in instalments and a return policy if you don’t like the product.

They do last a long time as most are concentrated and only need a small amount and I can see the difference in my skin and my hair.

I use these 4 blends in my Swedish massage and Indian head massage. Because these are daily struggles so many woman carry. The emotional load, hormone shifts the aches etc… the list goes on.

I welcome everyone into my space. Especially the women who are wise, resilient, strong and often the glue that holds families together.

A lot of people come to Reiki not really knowing what to expect and that’s completely normal. Every practitioner works differently, and sensations vary from person to person. I always explain that you might feel warmth, tingles, waves of emotion or you might feel nothing at all. There’s no right or wrong. The key is not to overthink it just relax and let your body receive what it needs.

Reiki is gentle, grounding, and quietly powerful. When crystals are woven in, the experience can deepen even further.
