After I suffered with depression and anxiety for almost 4 years. I decided to search for something other than anti depressant's. That's when I found Sound Healing and my Spiritual Journey began from there. From being young I always toyed with Spiritualism having moments of meditation and Angel Prayers to carrying crystals and using oracle cards, Reading the book By Rhonda Byrne The Secret in 2006
But nothing ever really stuck for long. Sound Healing was the only time that my scatter brain would actually shut down and relax for the entire time that I was there. I started journaling which helped me to relax and manifest my dreams. I then had Kambo which is a whole new level of detoxing your mind and body, and yes I believe it really helped me shift, with being stuck in a rut! My confidence grew and my dreams started to unfold. I found a little shop in my favourite local place of Stockport Old Town, Owning a shop in this place has been my dream from being a little girl. When I used to walk through The underbanks with my Grandad visualising owning a quirky little shop on the old Victorian once cobbled streets, Years later I wrote to the council left notes in derelict buildings to see if I could find the owners of the empty premises but with no joy, Until one day there was a small shop to let. with a notification in the window. I rang the number arranged to view it the day after, But I missed the appointment as something came up. I lost it... the first person that viewed it took the premises immediately, So I missed out. I could of actually cried I was so upset. I drove past that shop twice a day at least 5 times a week for 2 years. Then the awful Covid happened so it probably wasn't the best time anyway. I drew pictures of the shop with my name on the sign above. and envisioned that one day that place would be mine. Then all of sudden I received an email from the landlord stating that the property was becoming available and would I still be interested...Oh hell yes! I'm still interested I replied. That's when The Hidden Gem Spiritual and Holistic Gift Shop and The Hidden Gem Mind Body & Spirit Events was born! So remember "All things are possible if you believe" And I now know that I am a light worker and I am here to help people manifest their dreams and desires. Self Love and Mindfulness is defiantly something to start with. especially in todays society, I'm hoping that coming to The Hidden Gem Shop or attending one of The hidden Gem Events will help people along Their Spiritual Path or show them the first steps to start!
