Well what a learning curve for me this yr. I've learned to put me first the power of no.And l can just can be me.so I'm like my animal sign the snake.... I've discarded my old skin from the past,it behind me lm moving forward life as taught me many lessons this year.love yourself.....May you had a good Christmas,break..l wish you all a happy new year.Remember only you can change your path ,speak your truth,and not to give your power away.Trust Divine if you walk in the truth,speak the truth honour each other. They are your biggest protectors..l be back to full force with Reiki next year ..xx

Hi Thank you for still following me. Yes l been quite as l been on a journey of repairing me. I suffer with P.T.S.D my last job was the final trigger. And my journey this year is finding me again throught alot of help and support.which I'm Thankful for .. Reiki been helping me but l needed guidance to sort all the traumas my life as caused. My faith been strong which as kept me going.But it the triggers l needed help with the understanding of it.Nelson trust been amazing for me. I'm now on a better path with more knowledge.. Reason I'm telling you is if you need help it don't make you weak it make you stronger..l be back ty..x And my regulars I'm still here for you or anyone else. Im just not advertising my business till l feel I'm in a better place.xx
