But Contrary to what you might think protein is actually great for when on a diet it helps you to…
feel fuller,lose weight and build lean muscle
If exercising.. protein also helps your strength increase and helps with recovery after training! It can even help with healing after surgery 🧡!! even if you don’t exercise consistently getting a decent amount of protein in helps you…
stay fit,it also helps your bones and can even help to lower blood pressure
I tend to stick to the ratio of around 1g of protein to 1lb of body weight depending on personal goals

Saturday workout ✅
Woke up this morn pretty emotional…totm and hating Mother’s Day being tomorrow but I got out of bed and drove straight to the gym fasted (not like me 😂) sat outside till they opened defo not feeling training but I’m so glad I did I actually had a decent workout💪🏻,chatted to the staff and feel like my head is in a clearer place to tackle the day.. it’s crazy how much the gym helps me mentally alongside everything else…so trust me if you are feeling a bit poo and have the chance to go gym or even just for a walk alone or with a friend…my advice is go do it ❤️💪🏻
Now I’m off to enjoy some sun ☀️

Big ass roll for lunch or as rocky called it a burger 🍔 😅😍😍😍😍..i have a hugeeee appetite 🐷so I find a way to keep myself fuller is to load it up with lotsss of salad and some extra meat 💪.also you don't have to eat food dry just go for the lighter version of sauces.. a fave of mine is mustard...low cal and also gives a decent amount of flavour 😆
