Welcome to our ! Join us in taking a deep breath. Imagine yourself on a beautiful, secluded beach. You feel the light nip of the cool fresh air awakening your senses.

As you look out into the distance the sun begins to set, casting a rippling glow over the sea. With your next breath in, you notice the sharp sea air as it helps clear away any stress lingering within you. You take a moment to enjoy the waves crashing against the shore. You feel yourself relax as each wave comes in, bringing with it peace and tranquility, and pulling away any negativity or worries as it goes back out.

With your next deep breath, really visualise and feel the moment. This is time for you. You can take a few more seconds to fill your lungs with this refreshing air before you rejoin your day.

Take this tranquil feeling with you throughout your day, and remember this practice is here anytime you need a moment of peace.
