Most women I work with aren’t doing too little.

They’re doing too much and wondering why their body isn’t responding.

Inflammation doesn’t come from one “bad” food.

It comes from:

- chronic stress on the body
- inconsistent nutrition
- a gut that’s not supported

Start with less.

Start with foundations.

DM me “FOUNDATIONS” if you want help simplifying this

Some of my February eats so far 🙊🐷

There’s no doubt about it - I am a HUGE foodie. And this is one of the things my clients love most about working with me. Yes we sometimes need to restrict certain foods to allow the gut to repair BUT my aim for every single client is to get them enjoying food again and eating out, rather than fearing it. Food for me is such a big part of life and my clients always feel the same. When my clients come to me often they feel so defeated and deflated that they can’t eat some of their favourite meals or enjoy meals out with family & friends without worrying about how their gut might react.

And I get it because that used to be me - I used to get so anxious over eating out because of “what if my gut reacts and I’m not near a toilet” 😅

But if I can overcome all of my digestive issues and be able to enjoy food again so much so I become a foodie, so can you!

Here’s some of my foodie favourites from this month so far 🥰

1) roast is 10/10 you need to go! And their scotch egg WOW (and I don’t even like scotch eggs usually 😂). If you have fur baby make sure you take them with you!

2) for a pub lunch - you can’t beat a good burger!

3) I have a new found love for Smoked Mackerel in black pepper. 6 years ago I never would have thought I’d be loving mackerel 🙊

4) Currently enjoying simple gut supporting breakfasts with sheep’s yoghurt and Granola topped with milled flaxseeds & blueberries

5) My new favourite restaurant because they get their produce from either the 2 farms they work with which are biodynamic or other British farms. Having a restaurant in London which is supporting British farming and soil quality is a 10/10 for me!

6) My favourite snack of all time - dates stuffed with peanut butter 🤤

5) Morning sunlight rich walks with my bestie 🐶 because sun & nature are truly the best medicine 💛

The festive season has finally caught up with me and my immune system has taken a hit 🤧

Cold & flu season seems to be hitting everyone this January, and instead of pushing through, I’ve been focusing on supporting my body and letting it do what it needs to do.

When I’m unwell, my non-negotiables are simple but intentional:

Vitamin C & Zinc
These are supplements I only take when I’m feeling run down or unwell, not something I take all year round. Both vitamin C and zinc play important roles in immune function, and short-term supplementation can help support the body during these periods. BUT they don’t replace the foundations of whole food nutrition.

I don’t believe in taking lots of supplements “just because”. I believe in strategic, intentional supplementation based on what the body actually needs.

Fresh air & gentle movement
This is so underrated when you’re unwell. Even a short walk helps clear congestion for me and supports circulation and lymphatic flow, it really helps everything to shift!

Warm foods over cold
Warm, nourishing meals are generally easier to digest than cold foods straight from the fridge. When the body is fighting an infection, reducing the energy needed for digestion allows more energy to be directed towards immune repair!

Supporting my gut bugs with fibre
Your little friends in your gut can do wonders for you but only if you support them. When your gut bacteria ferment fibre they produce short-chain-fatty-acids (SCFAs) which help support your gut lining, regulate inflammation + support your immune system!

Staying warm
This might sound simple, but it’s often overlooked, especially keeping your feet warm! When you’re unwell, the body prioritises vital organs, and circulation to the hands and feet can reduce. Staying warm helps conserve energy and supports the body staying in a rest-and-repair state.

Rest, sleep & slowing down
I’m guilty of pushing through at times, but rest and sleep are where recovery actually happens. Prioritising this is fundamental for recovery ❤️‍🩹

Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more…

It’s about listening, supporting, and allowing the body to do what it’s designed to do 💚

An amazing surprise trip to Barcelona being foodies for 3 days straight 🙊

Can never get enough tapas!

Here’s where I recommend:

1. Nobu Hotel & Restaurant was 10/10 for food and service. Unbelievable truly! Spicy Salmon tacos are a must 🙊
2. Banksy expo is a must visit! They had some of his work from Ukraine, Pakistan, Italy & France along with UK & US. Recommend getting the guided tour!
3. For lunch near the Banksy Expo go to - this is a must visit regardless!
4. You MUST visit for Dinner. Tapas with a Moroccan flare
5. If you’re down near the port you need to take a walk up to - it’s like a Barcelona hidden gem!
6. Highly recommend taking a walk up to the Barcelona Art Museum which is in the Palau Nacional - it’s an incredible building in stunning grounds. The views from here are INSANE!
7. Order Potatas Bravas at every tapas restaurant because they’re all so different and each time tastes amazing 🥔😆

Some life snippets that have filled up my cup recently 🥰

Most of these pictures are of my Springer who thinks she’s legit a human child 🤣 some food, countryside living and time spent with friends

Remembering our health isn’t just about the food on our plate, it’s how we feed ourselves off the plate as well ❤️

The difference wasn’t trends, supplements, or restrictive diets.

It was finally listening to what my body had been trying to tell me.

Treating my symptoms as messages, not a curse.

Signals, NOT punishments

Here’s what I’ve learnt:

Your body is never working against you.
It’s communicating - you just haven’t been taught how to understand it yet.

Because truthfully… none of us were ever taught to treat our bodies this way

When I stopped fighting my symptoms and started interpreting them, everything shifted 👇🏽

✨ Bloating wasn’t random - it was my gut asking for support.
✨ Acne wasn’t “bad skin” - it was inflammation speaking.
✨ Fatigue wasn’t laziness - it was burnout & deficiencies
✨ Cravings weren’t a lack of willpower - they were imbalances & a way of my body telling me it needed certain nutrients

And when I worked with my body, not against it?

My skin cleared.
My gut healed.
My energy came back.
My hormones balanced.
And I finally felt at home in my body - probably for the first time in my adult life 🥹

If you’re where I was in 2018… please know this:

You don’t need another trend.
You need translation.
Someone to help you understand what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

You’re not broken.
You’re not behind.
You’re just one conversation away from clarity 🩷

Summer skin, soul sisters, and outdoor Pilates… here’s a little life update 💛

I’ve been soaking up every bit of this British heatwave, even taking my Pilates mat outside for what I now call ‘Inferno Class’ - who needs a studio when it’s 30+ degrees? 😆🔥

My running has made a comeback too 🙈 Since being diagnosed with my hip impingement and displaysia in my right hip I have to be careful and got to say, the On Cloud Cloudmonster have been a game changer! Literally Zero hip pain when running 🙌🏽

Summer skin-wise, I’ve been obsessed with pomegranate (hello antioxidants) and I’ve been craving fruit with sheep’s yoghurt for breakfast… slightly different than usually but I’m not fighting it - I’m giving my body’s what is needs. No rules here. Just nourishment 🥰

And to bring summer all together is celebrating 31 years around the sun with my Soul Sisters 🥹💖

We’re also in the process of buying a house (sorry for being MIA!) and we’ve just got a completion date 🎉 It’s been a bit of a stressful ride, so I’ve been leaning into my rituals more - especially meditation, crystals and spending time outside exploring the countryside with my fur baby aka my ultimate happy place 🥹

✨ I want to leave you with this…

You can eat the cleanest diet, follow the best workouts, take all the supplements…

But if you’re not connected to yourself, if your nervous system is in survival mode - none of it will work the way it should.

This is your reminder to come home to you 🫶🏽

You don’t need to do more. You just need to reconnect ✨
