Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care? Join our supportive team at Heralds Way Dental Clinic, a well-established, patient-focused dental practice located in the heart of South Woodham Ferrers.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
• Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
• Managing appointments and schedules using dental software
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and maintaining patient records
• Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day admin

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist (preferred)
• Confident using computer systems and booking software- Exact Software of Excellence
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• High standards of confidentiality and patient care
