If you're stuck in the "what if it doesn't happen" loop, here are a few things that genuinely helped me:
1️⃣ Notice the pattern underneath the thought. The worry itself is rarely about the thing you think it's about. There's usually something older sitting beneath it.
2️⃣ Stop trying to force certainty. Trust isn't something you manufacture. It grows when you start to understand why you lost it in the first place.
3️⃣ Get curious rather than critical. Instead of fighting the doubt, ask where it came from. That question alone can begin to shift things.
4️⃣ Step into the version of you who has already moved through this. Not the perfected version. Just the one who isn't held back by it anymore.
The what ifs don't disappear overnight.
But they do get quieter when you start working with what's underneath them rather than around them.
